Professional On-site Management and Staff

2016 Main’s Owners Association engages a professional management company that maintains an on-site management office open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with a full-time on-site General Manager, Chief Engineer, Resident Relations Manager, Access Control Manager, and building staff.

Lisa Nehal, General Manager, joined 2016 Main in 2022 and is responsible for daily operations. She brings almost 20 years of experience in hotel management with brands such as Hilton and Marriott. Her open-door policy and accessible management style ensure that she and the 2016 Main staff are readily available to assist residents and their guests.

Ms. Nehal is supported by a Resident Services Manager and a Chief Building Engineer who, together with their staff, work to provide efficient service and support to residents around the clock. Many of our staff members are long-term employees with a high level of knowledge and experience that serve the residents well. We believe that our thoughtful and caring staff is unique among Houston's high-rise residential buildings.
