About the Condominiums


Residential units range in size from 283 to 4,020 square feet. The building assessment includes electricity, a chilled water air conditioning system, high-definition cable television by Comcast with package upgrades available at bulk price discounts, high-speed internet, and all utilities.

Access to both the 2016 Main Condominiums residential tower and its garage parking is by a controlled access card system. Assigned parking spaces, typically one per unit, are established in the deed that is specific to each unit. Visitor parking for guests and vendors is available. Residents can also obtain low-cost gate-controlled surface-level parking under Pierce Elevated. A small storage unit located in a garage area is assigned to most residential units.

2016 Main Condominiums is safety conscious on behalf of its residents. All common areas are completely water-sprinkled and hard-wired to a fire alarm system, with the fire panel monitored 24 hours a day. Building entrances are monitored by security cameras strategically located throughout the building and property, as well as 24-hour Access Control personnel. 2016 Main Condominiums also has armed security on the property to patrol the parking garage and premises. Entry and exit doors to the building are access-controlled by an electronic entry device, or access is permitted by an Access Control/Courtesy Officer after monitor verification.

The Sixth Floor Skyline Room and its service area for food and drink preparation is an amenity available to residents. It accommodates 50 for formal dinners and up to seventy-five people when set in a traditional meeting style. A separate social lounge room inside the Skyline Room accommodates up to ten attendees, or it may be utilized as a staging area for larger events. Wedding receptions, 50th Anniversary dinners, baby showers, and holiday parties are just a few of the events residents have hosted. The Skyline Room, with its floor-to-ceiling glass walls, provides event guests with an unmatched view of the Downtown Skyline!

2016 Main residents have access to a complete laundry facility, a well-appointed workout room, and restrooms. Additionally, the Sixth Floor open-air Recreation Deck will include a new swimming pool with a tanning ledge and swim lane, a new spa/hot tub, sundeck, seating areas, and an outdoor kitchen with three grills and a prep area, which will be available soon for residents' enjoyment.

Many of Houston's best grocery stores and markets are close to 2016 Main, including Randall's Supermarket, Spec's Foods and Liquor, Whole Foods, Traders Joe's and Kroger.
